Syenap came about because we wanted to understand the impact of specific marketing interventions that we had placed in stores . With frustration it became apparent that we had very little hard data to have discussions with our clients. We didn’t want to rely on traditional sources of data as they seemed incomplete and reactive. Whats more, the lack of information around customer behavior in general provided absolutely no help. So Syenap was born.
